Open Android can allow third-party apps, but app behaviour, refresh quality and Google services depend on the exact model, Android and firmware version and app design. Check monochrome versus colour resolution, front light, pen technology, cellular capability, water rating, formats and regional cloud or seller terms; phone-shaped Palma devices are not cellular phones unless explicitly specified.
